RETURN POLICY

Please follow the return instructions before returning items:

All returns must be postmarked within four (4) days of the purchase date. Only damaged or wrong product received by the customer can be returned. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Products bought in sale cannot be returned. Products will be delivered within 4-15 days from the date of order(Domestic or International).
For any defective product received, mail us at support@outlwd.in with high resolution pictures of the damaged product. We will replace the item for you¬†is there was a breakage during the transit or delivery, However, no refunds or replacement will be provided for user damage.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer any kind of refund, we do offer a store credit for your order value. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return, exchange or cancellation. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement(This applies only if the product is not available after payment), depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

‚ÄãRETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@outlwd.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item(unused) along with the packaging., and mail it to the return address we send you along with your RMA number.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.¬†
